Channel Identification

Channel Identification is a foundational stage whereby we identify and profile channel partners mapping them to our clients’ solutions and services taking into account geographical reach, capabilities and solution and services portfolio.

Channel Enablement

During the enablement stage, we carefully plan for and equip the channel partner with sales and technical resources and training in order to ensure that your channel partner has a comprehensive understanding of the solution to take to market.

Channel Development

Channel Development is the third stage within the lifecycle whereby we develop the profiled partners to identify and create opportunities, building sustainable pipeline after having been developed on a strong foundation.

Channel Management and Review Assessment

Within the Channel Management stage the channel partner acts independently as a fully capable extension of the distributor or vendor. A series of weekly and monthly reviews allows the YL Cyber and Cloud Consulting teams to ensure that the partner remains relevant to the business.

We use our broad channel network to assist you in reaching as wide a customer base as possible within your defined market. We provide you with a dedicated Channel Director who facilitates and oversees the entire process to ensure smooth operations for channel partners and vendors.
