Lucien Gounden
Managing Director
With an aptitude for numbers Lucien Gounden, Managing Director at YL Cyber and Cloud Consulting has always had a burning desire to grow his career within the investment landscape and learn more about the collaboration between Technology and Finance.
Lucien’s interest in the ever-evolving technology space and expertise in the Financial and investment markets affords him a unique approach within the business. Having early access to financial markets and investment banking, then transitioning into the technology. Lucien works with institutions across Africa, Middle East and Europe, which brings a wealth of commercial knowledge and structure to YL Cyber and Cloud consulting.
Working alongside Yaadhna over the years has given him incredible knowledge within the cybersecurity industry and channel landscape, Lucien has developed his own personal style of Vendor management and channel planning giving him an impressive skillset within the industry, steering the YL Cyber and Cloud Consulting ship.
Lucien appreciates an active lifestyle which includes multiple sports coupled with traveling.
Yaadhna Singh Gounden
Founder & Director
Yaadhna Singh Gounden is a seasoned and results-oriented business leader with 15+ years of multinational career and experience in Enterprise, Cybersecurity, Software and Services solutions at leading distribution companies, covering different market segments in the META Regions.
Yaadhna is the Founder of YL Cyber and Cloud Consulting and believes that Relationships in Africa are key to building a successful business spanning across different cultures and countries.
With a solid background and in-depth expertise in P&L management, sales leadership with exceptional C-level relationships and capabilities through various Go-To-Market strategies; direct, channel, distribution, alliances, and managed services, Yaadhna has been in successful in creating a proven methodology in Channel and Business development. She has a track record in sales execution, building organizational capability, business planning, and process reengineering. Yaadhna is passionate about building high-performance culture and teams, through a structured approach, with an entrepreneur mindset and experience in making start-ups successful.
Yaadhna holds a passion for entrepreneurship, travel, and creating a legacy through building for the next generation.
Brian Mang’oli
Director of Technology Alliances
Brian Mang’oli is the Director of Technology Alliances at YL Cyber and Cloud Consulting and is also heads up the professional services arm within the organization.
He is responsible for overseeing and delivering YL Cyber and Cloud Consulting’s technology capabilities and deliver cutting edge solutions to clients from his vast experience developed in the ICT sector over the years.
As the Technology director, he responsible for driving innovation through business process improvements from technical implementation perspective. He manages alliances, channel and partner growth and is tasked with providing strategic direction for technical assessment, architecture and deployment of new products and services.
